Earlier this month, the Vimachem team gathered on the stunning island of Spetses, Greece, for a memorable three-day strategic outing and team bonding experience.
Day 1 was all about reflection and forward-thinking, as we took time to review our year-to-date results, set clear priorities for Q4, and lay the groundwork for 2025. The collaborative discussions and strategic insights shared set the tone for a productive and inspiring close to the year.
But it wasn’t all work! Over the next two days, we embraced the beauty of Spetses with a mix of activities that brought us even closer together:
• City and bicycle tours to explore the island
• Scuba diving adventures in the crystal-clear waters
• And, of course, celebrating our shared journey with some well-deserved fun and relaxation!
